We’re seeing the shoots of growth as organisations begin to lift budget restrictions for perm roles across most technology areas.

Additionally, there is good perm growth in start-up and scale-up businesses where investment is still driving high growth our prediction is that this will continue throughout the remainder of this year.

Cyber Security has the largest number of opportunities advertised at over 300 per month in the UK, this is a consistent trend we’ve seen for 6 months now, with no sign of changing. To put themselves in a position of strength businesses need to utilise their networks and ensure their processes are aligned to attract the best talent available and act swiftly to confirm appointment.

There is always a lull over the summer as people take annual leave, however, our data indicates that there is no sign of slow down in the marketplace.
