As much as possible employers need to offer remote working opportunities – or even hybrid, with a low on-premise requirement. There a tremendous opportunity to tap into talent pools previously inaccessible due to location. And in areas of acute skills shortages, employers benefit from considering exceptions to company-wide work-location policies, where it is clear that workers have a preference (and the choice) to work their way.
