Contractors are feeling it – in opportunity, in pay, and in job security.

And yet – loyalty in this sector runs deep. Contractors who’ve stayed the course are still in it for the high earnings, the variety, and the ability to take time out between gigs.
They’re not swayed by tax perks.
Just 21% cited ‘greater control over finances’ as a benefit of contracting.
But engagement is fluid.
Only 17% say they’ll definitely go perm in the next 5 years, and 32% say they definitely won’t.
