Attracting top talent remains a persistent challenge as the skills gap widens. Establishing and depending on a sustainable talent pipeline that enhances Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) is the aspiration of every forward-thinking company.
Barclay Meade continues to invest in novel approaches to assist our clients and communities in addressing this significant challenge. We collaborate with each of our charity partners on programs involving virtual and in-person events, covering a range of topics from mental health and well-being to employability workshops.
We also provide work experience opportunities for young people from the UK’s economic cold spots, mentoring initiatives, and ED&I events to support organisations and their hiring managers.
